How I felt when I woke up this morning & energy yesterday

Slept pretty solid as I did core and hips stretches last night. Woke up at 0400 to pee and found Shelagh awake, working on the couch, so I went back to bed and set my alarm an hour later than normal. Got up in a bit of a clumsy fog, but usually, all I do it put the coffee on and watch senseless youtube or tv for an hour, so I may have been overdoing it cleaning the kitchen and taking out the recycling. Yesterday I was scattered in the morning but felt good. After my second poop, I felt 5/10 gutted, but decided to go for a ride and crushed a killer set of 40-20s. I felt really good after that, but had my first glass of wine at 1700 and could not stop - I like to celebrate when I'm happy.

Poop specifics

First was low volume, clean with a bit of mucous. Second was larger than expected and soft.
